About me

Change Dysfunctional Patterns, Strengthen Relationship Bonds.

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. You might be struggling with difficult emotions, facing tough challenges, or carrying the weight of past experiences. It's understandable if you feel lost or stuck, and it can be hard to see your full potential. Maybe you're here because you're looking for a clearer path, a deeper understanding of yourself, and a way to live a more fulfilling life.

I'm here to walk alongside you as you navigate these challenges. In a safe and supportive space, we can explore what's holding you back and uncover the strengths you already possess. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from different approaches like person-centered therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help you understand yourself better and develop practical strategies for change.

I've worked with individuals, couples, and groups facing a wide range of issues, including career stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, academic pressures, trauma, grief, and eating disorders. I'm also experienced in helping people through crisis situations, providing immediate support and safety planning when needed.

Whether you need a single session to talk through something urgent or ongoing support to work through deeper issues, I'm here to listen without judgment and help you find your way forward. I'm fluent in both English and Polish, and I'm committed to creating a comfortable and inclusive experience for everyone.

Taking the first step to seek help is brave. It's not always easy, but with each step you take, you can create meaningful change in your life. Let's work together to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and happy.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Counselling and an ABC Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, during which I gained knowledge of theory, skills and counselling practice that are essential in the effective performance as a counsellor.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
