I offer a warm, non judgemental confidential safe space for you. I have counselled clients with an extensive range of issues in a variety of settings. I believe that the relationship between the client and counsellor is essential to successful therapy. We will work through whatever problems you bring or feelings that come up for you. With the intention that you access the inner resources that you may have lost touch with.
My counselling practice is within easy reach of the metropolitan line and the M25. It is on the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire border and is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the station.
