I am integrative Counsellor offering affordable Therapy.

I work online and face to face, where I offer FREE  initial 35 minutes session so we can establish whether I would be the right fir for you.  I Offer long and short term therapy where my expertise and experience allowing me to support You the way which enable you move forward,  become the best version of yourself and build your life with greater meaning, fulfilment and purpose.

I help you to develop strategies which enable you cope and overcome problems and difficulties you may be facing.

I’ve got experience in working with a variety of issues helping people cope and overcome difficulties, such as:

-Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Relationship issues,

-Bereavement, loneliness, loss of identity, loss of purpose

-Domestic Abuse, Stress, Anger, Guilt, Shame, Self- harm, Suicidal thoughts or /and intentions

Counselling is the art of positive changes.

I believe that the real changes begins with YOU - because when things change inside of YOU, they begin to change around YOU.

I support my clients on their unique journey into self, watching the powerful positive changes therapy and the work we do brings to their life.

I will work alongside you, follow your lead when it comes to the changes you want to make, whilst guiding you on how to get there.

I will help you to cope with current issues and work towards overcoming them-freeing yourself from whatever is causing you difficulty or holding you back.

I can help you explore your emotions, grow self- awareness and self-understanding which enables you to gain new perspective, build resilience, regain control over your life, build your life with a greater meaning, fulfilment and purpose.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am integrative therapist which means that I’ve studied and used variety of ways/techniques in order to tailor therapy to your individual needs, personal circumstances and support you the way that is best for You.

I work using the art of talking therapy (PCT), creative intervention (Gestalt), and goal oriented psychotherapy which involves techniques and strategies (CBT).

I’ve spent years working on my personal development and grow. I’ve got experience in working with a variety of issues supporting my clients on their personal journey, watching the powerful positive changes the therapy, along with my support brought to their life.

My Qualifications:

Integrative Therapeutic Counselling Diploma -Level 4

Online and Telephone Counselling Certificate- BACP Compliant

I am member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
