About me

I am a qualified and experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist and a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC. I offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy to individuals in Central and South West London. People come to therapy for many reasons. These may include experiences of struggling with their day to day lives, feelings of depression, anxiety, distress or confusion. Often they feel stuck and unable to address their difficulties alone. They may also repeatedly follow familiar but self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which can leave them feeling as if they can't see an alternative way forward.

As a Counselling Psychologist I feel it is important to work with people as individuals. We will work collaboratively to explore and understand your difficulties within a safe, confidential and supportive setting, where you will be treated with respect and sensitivity. Enabling you over time to explore new perspectives and choices, and find a way towards an improved sense of well being.

I can work on a short or longer term basis depending on your individual requirements, which we will discuss and agree together. I work using a range of therapeutic approaches;

  • Humanistic Person Centred Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
  • Integrative Therapy

I combine aspects from each approach to provide supportive, collaborative, client-focused therapy. This means I’ll work alongside you using the type of therapy that best suits you as an individual and takes in to account your personal needs and circumstances.

My practice is conveniently located in Balham in South West London and Victoria in Central London. If you feel that I may be able to help you or to find out more about counselling and psychotherapy, please feel free to contact me.
