About me

Based in the UK, I offer 1-2-1 and digital therapy services to African and Caribbean couples and men 18-65, seeking support of a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT).

I offer a safe space and a non-judgmental approach. My therapy is compassionate and culturally informed as a Jamaican.  I worked at Relate as a Relationship therapist and the NHS as a CBT Therapist in the UK. I help clients to navigate different life stages and hardships and self actualise.

My therapy helps clients to problem solve and empower themselves and overcome mental health and other challenges. This improves their relationship, family & community. The intention is to achieve change and life-goals then sense of peace from skills learnt and awareness.
