Training, qualifications & experience

With over 5 years of experience as a psychologist, I have had the privilege of working across diverse settings, including the NHS, the University of Edinburgh, and private practice. This breadth of experience allows me to tailor therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of each of my clients, ensuring that you receive the most effective care possible.

My work is grounded in rigorous professional training and a deep understanding of ADHD, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. My qualifications include a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, a Master’s in Applied Psychology of Mental Health, and a Master’s in Applied Statistics. These credentials, combined with my training in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), equip me with the tools to provide comprehensive and empathetic care.

In addition to therapy, I specialize in the assessment and diagnosis of ADHD in adults. My expertise in this area is supported by specialized training in neuropsychological assessment and the pharmacological treatment of ADHD. I am dedicated to providing thorough evaluations that not only clarify your diagnosis but also inform a personalised treatment plan to help you manage and overcome your challenges.
