If you think you and your partner are going to separate/divorce and you have children, or you are already separated/divorced and still having co-parenting issues. I offer help and support whilst you go through this difficult time and help limit the emotional damage that this process may have on your children.

I provide innovative, confidential Counselling/Therapy for individuals, couples and families who wish to initiate, maintain, improve or end their relationships.

I help people with:

Separation and Divorce

Affairs and Betrayal

Anxiety

Relationship Issues

Depression

Family Issues

Bereavement

The desire to be in a relationship with others is what motivates us, sadly at times our relationships do not provide the happy and secure, emotional environment that we would like.

I work hard to help people overcome their relationship difficulties by providing a safe environment to explore issues and facilitate individuals to find a way forward.

If you think you and your partner are going to separate/divorce and you have children, or you are already separated/divorced and still having co-parenting issues. I offer help and support whilst you go through this difficult time and help limit the emotional damage that this process may have on your children.

Counselling/Therapy is,
A process whereby relationships are explored
where clients are encouraged to find the solution that is right for themselves
Enabling clients to facilitate positive change
Helping people to stay together or to separate

Counselling is not,
Advice giving
Sorting out your problems for you
Biased/Judgemental
Looking at a problem from the therapists perspective/life experience.

You are unique
Every counselling session is unique too.

I also provide workshops and one to one sessions to organisations and businesses  for issues such as managing stress, coping with change and self-esteem/confidence problems.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
