About me

At this time we are all collectively grieving the loss of the life that we once felt we had. This only adds pressure and focus to unresolved issues that we hold & new challenges to our mental health. If you are looking to chat to a counsellor for the first time or find a new counsellor to work with then please get in contact with me.

As a qualified, insured & registered counsellor, my approach to counselling is to make sessions as relaxed and conversational as possible to give you a safe, calm and confidential space to explore whatever brings you to therapy.

I offer a free phone /online based consultation before you arrange your first session so that we both have a better understanding of each other. If you are comfortable to proceed with me we can make an appointment from there. I am based in Rochford and see clients from all over including Southend, Leigh, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Wickford, Billericay & Basildon offering face to face, over the phone & online sessions.

Whether you are looking for someone to support you with depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem, relationship issues, COVID recovery or other lockdown based issues, bereavement, loss / trauma, or just perhaps feeling sad - I am here for you, and between us we will identify a way that works for you.

I am also trained to support you in further matters such as OCD, fears and phobias, body image matters (including being a specialist in steroid & other IPED use), addiction and trauma.

Emergency Services support

I have almost a decade of experience working within front line emergency services. This experience along with my counselling skills gives me a much truer appreciation of the environment, culture, system and conditions meaning that I have the confidence to support you with enhanced understanding and empathy.

Whatever you are looking for support with, get in contact to arrange a free no pressure consultation. My priority is that you get the right support for your needs!

The next step is to now arrange a free, no pressure consultation with me. You can do this by calling, or sending a text/ WhatsApp via the link at the top.

Alternatively, you can email me here or visit my website to find out more: www.dynamictherapy.club/counselling .

I look forward to hearing from you & "You've got this"

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
