About me
If you are really struggling right now I want to reassure you that you are not alone and that help is only a phone call away. You’ve taken the first and most important step in admitting to yourself that you need help and support.
At times we can all feel completely overwhelmed and stressed out by life. That can create deep sadness, despair or hopelessness and feelings of depression or feeling unable to cope and feeling fearful which is often a part of anxiety.
Sometimes we recognise that it is fairly recent events that are causing our difficulties, and for other individuals how you are feeling today is often the result of childhood trauma, neglect or abuse.
Often, how you feel about yourself can cause you to feel depressed, anxious and not good enough or you may be experiencing difficulties in your relationships because of low self-esteem or a lack of confidence.
Together we will work to overcome your difficulties in a safe and confidential space and I will be there to guide and support you throughout your therapy. I hope to hear from you very soon.
Best wishes
Adam.
