About me

I believe it takes great courage to reach out and look for support. However, I know it can be scary and overwhelming looking for the right person. Over the years I have been a therapist, I have supported many individuals to take back control over their lives and find the healing they had been long searching for.

My training has enabled me to be able to work with complex emotions at a deep level. This is particularly effective when working with trauma and the impact of early childhood experiences. My warm and gentle approach ensures that our work together enables you to feel safe and grounded, working at a pace that suits you.

You do not have to continue to live with anxious thoughts, bad relationships, or low moods. With the right support, it is possible to live the life you want.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
