About me
Hi, I'm Abi, I specialise in online CBT. This allows clients to make profound life changes in the comfort of their own home or even in their work office.
If you’re anything like me I felt very overwhelmed the first time I decided to access therapy around 12 years ago. What type is best for me? What will I actually get from this? What if I don't gel with my therapist? These are perfectly natural concerns and important questions. You should feel informed and confident that you are choosing the best option for your specific needs. This is why I offer a free initial consultation where I answer all of your questions.
After starting therapy then I went on to have the most profound and life changing experience of my life with my therapist. I decided from that day forward that I wanted do the same for others. Although I am an expert in CBT, you are the expert of your life and experiences so it is essential for us to work together to achieve the changes that matter to you the most.
