Abi Agboola MBACP, BA(Hons)
As a person centred counsellor I share the belief that everybody has the capacity for positive change and growth.
I will offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can talk about whatever is troubling you without fear of being judged in any way. During our sessions I will help you to gain clarity about your situation, achieve deeper personal awareness and provide you with the space to explore the changes necessary to live a more fulfilled life.
I have experience of working with depression, stress and anxiety in its many different forms. Also relationship, identity issues and physical and/or emotional abuse. I offer both long and short term counselling. Short term counselling where you may have a specific issue you would like to focus on for 6 to 12 weeks. Long term psychotherapy for deeper issues can be open ended and proceeds at your pace.
Please contact me to arrange an initial assessment/counselling session where you can talk through your difficulties. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding treatment. You can then decide if you would like to continue working with me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
