A & S Counselling Services
Are you looking for friendly, experienced and fully qualified counsellors who are easy to talk to in a safe, comfortable environment? We offer you an opportunity to explore what is going on in your life and help you to work towards a better understanding of your concerns with possibilities for growth.
Counselling is known to offer real help to those suffering from depression, stress and anxiety, loss or bereavement, relationship difficulties, terminal illness, abuse, post traumatic stress, sexuality and many other issues. It is about understanding what is blocking your progress and what would enable you to grow.
The initial appointment is about understanding what has brought you to counselling and together we decide whether counselling is the best way forward for you. It is also an opportunity to decide whether we feel that we would be able to work together.
