About me

I offer individuals, couples, and also group counselling in a safe, confidential and ethical environment. I will be with you every step of the way by providing you with the guidance and support you are seeking through difficult times and challenges. I also work with children, teenagers and with young people. I can provide support for people seeking guidance & support with specific projects with a goal/target in mind who would benefit from having a professional mentor/life coach on board. I can help you to achieve a successful outcome by keeping you focused and working through anxiety, blockages, self sabotage or procrastination.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I am a fully qualified, integratively trained, relationship-based Supervisor in Sevenoaks.  I offer counsellors a safe and supportive environment to explore their work with their clients in a way which is best suited to their experience and training.  Supervision is a collaborative process and I am very much of the mindset that it my role to provide you with support and guidance.  Therefore, I will be exploring more about your practice and how your work with your clients.  I will help you through any area of difficulty should you feel stuck in a supportive way and I will also be acknowledging your strengths.  I want you to experience the benefits of supervision rather than experience supervision solely as a necessary requirement.  My commitment to you is to ensure that you get the most out of your supervision.  Additionally, I have been trained to work creatively and would be very happy to bring creativity into your supervision if you are comfortable working this way and if this is appropriate to the work which we will be undertaking together.  I will tailor the supervision to meet your specific needs, ensuring that your supervision needs are met each and every session.      .
