About me
I am a Senior Accredited counsellor and offer professional help and support to both individuals and couples.
I am compassionate and work sensitively with people. My approach is known as Person Centred, which means I actively listen to understand problems causing emotional difficulties. By exploring these, a new perspective, understanding and clarification may be gained to help find answers, or make decisions, in order to move forward more constructively.
I have a broad range of experience with individuals and couples gained since I began counselling in 1999. Working with couples and relationship issues is an area of counselling in which I specialise. I have been training counsellors in this work for the last few years. Autism is another area of interest for me in which I also specialise, and is a subject I continue to develop my knowledge and understanding of.
I am able to offer you confidential help and support with online counselling using Zoom or FaceTime.
Appointments can be arranged quickly and with flexibility to accommodate your requirements.
