My approach is non-judgmental, jargon-free, honest, and safe. I am a qualified, Person Centred counsellor. I'm very responsive and gentle, while working within your pace. Our therapeutic relationship will be built on trust and openness. In order to enable you to talk about what's easy or difficult to explore.
I can also help you with identifying the source of any struggle and discuss your goals, develop a plan based on your personal needs. Together we can work towards your emotional independence. The aim of our time together is to create a simple process so you can find your inner strength.
