I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (Health & Care Professions Council Registered Practitioner Psychologist) & Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS)) offering a professional private and confidential service. For adults, couples and teens / youths.
I offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) integrative psychological counselling, psychotherapy, and clinical hypnotherapy, for every day issues (negative relationship patterns & problems,tragic grief & bereavement, stress & burnout, anger management, confidence, self esteem, childhood abuse, rape & assault, emotional distress, chronic fatigue, workplace and school bullying) as well as mental health issues (anxiety, panic attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) obsessive compulsive disorder OCD, phobias, eating disorders, compulsive overeating).
I am also a part time Senior Tutor for an advanced diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (accredited by the Open University)
and a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited supervisor.
I have been in private practice since 2001 and work from a serviced office in central Camberley with free parking, waiting area & disabled access.
My areas of particular interest are Trauma, Compulsive Overeating, Panic Attacks & Anxiety, Phobias, Bereavement, Stress & Anger management, Self Esteem, Confidence Building, and Relationships.
I offer one to one face to face, skype and phone sessions.
I offer personality profiling and full psychological assessment with report if required and am an Expert Witness (for Court Cases - Personal Injury and Family Law).

Health Insurance and NHS referrals: you will usually (but not always) need a referral letter from your GP or Psychiatrist. I am registered with the following Health Insurance companies: BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Simply Health, Cigna and most of the main health insurance providers.
I offer day, evening and some weekend appointments.

- Subsequent sessions = £90
- Block of 6 sessions = £500
