About me
If you are thinking about commencing counselling, you may be wondering where to start and it is important that you feel comfortable and can trust the therapist you work with at this very early stage. I have over 12 years experience working as a qualified and registered psychotherapist and personally feel that providing a safe and confidential setting for our work together really does provide the best start for you.
You may wish to find a goal in your life or to think about and work towards a different approach to a difficult situation, or to life in general. I offer an intervention based on the idea that experiences and relationships from the past can sometimes affect the way we live our lives in the present.
I have extensive experience in bereavement and loss and can help with what can be a very difficult time in your life. I provide long term interventions as well as short term therapy, working towards specific goals.
I offer couple counselling
We would meet for an initial consultation and then, if you feel comfortable, we would set up a regular time each week to Work together.
