I am an experienced integrative transpersonal psychotherapist practising in the Looe area.
I offer an opportunity for you to talk through and share your concerns with a sensitive and responsive listener. As you tell your story you will be able to explore and work through troublesome and confusing feelings. This can lead to a sense of renewed resources and the chance to make more authentic choices based on a deeper understanding of your own individuality and the influences in your life.
I draw on varied therapeutic orientations including Psychodynamic and Jungian approaches and this enables me to be in tune with the particular requirements of each of my clients.
Training, qualifications & experience
