About me

SPECIALISED RELATIONSHIP PSYCHOTHERAPY & INNER CHILD PSYCHOTHERAPY: PRACTICES IN KINGS HEATH, BIRMINGHAM & LONDON.

Are you feeling heartbroken after a recent breakup? Do you have negative thoughts that are impacting your self-esteem and relationships? Is your inner child feeling sad and neglected? Do you find it hard to trust your romantic partners? Or do you feel like something is wrong with you?

I provide specialised relationship trauma psychotherapy that can help you identify the root cause of your specific relationship issue and why it has caused you trauma.

Through this therapy, you can learn how to have healthier relationships, overcome negative self-talk, and boost your confidence and self-esteem. You will be supported to let go of limiting beliefs and unhealthy relationship scripts, understand the importance of values, and develop a positive mindset that will help you attract and maintain healthy relationships while taking care of yourself.

I also offer inner child psychotherapy, which gives you the chance to love and care for the child within you who may be in pain, scared, traumatised or angry.

As your inner child psychotherapist, I offer you a safe and supportive environment where you can talk openly, express your feelings, and discover how to talk, see, and love your inner child, who is the key to your inner peace, self-confidence, better relationships, and happiness.

I have over 20 years of experience as a relationship psychotherapist and over 10 years as an inner child psychotherapist. I can offer you a structured approach to understanding and developing healthy relationships, and if you need to work through childhood trauma, I can help you heal and re-parent your inner child.

My goal is to help you have a better relationship with yourself and others and to provide you with the emotional support and guidance you need to achieve real and lasting change.

You can learn more about my holistic approach and read real client reviews at www.talktomelondon.com

When you're ready to take the next step, please reach out to me, and I will respond promptly.  I'm happy to discuss the benefits of a holistic approach, so you can determine if my therapeutic techniques and style align with your needs.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
