I am a qualified UKCP registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor. My consulting room is based between Highgate and East Finchley stations. There is parking space within the close in which my consulting room is situated. I provide a secure confidential, relaxed space for individuals and couples in which they can explore their experiences and relationships.

I have experience of working with individuals and couple counselling. I work with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, mild to moderate depression; relationships issues - both personal and within the workplace - which impact on general well being.

I worked within the NHS for many years and have extensive experience of working with individuals living with a life threatening/serious illness; their partners, family members and close associates. This includes working with loss and bereavement, and supporting those who would like support during this process.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Masters in Psychotherapy & Counselling and work from an Humanistic/Integrative perspective -. working with the client's presenting issues which are affecting their sense of well-being, and the impact this has upon their day to day living.I continue with Professional Development programmes, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which I offer on a short-term basis where appropriate. I have extensive experience of working with individuals, and couples experiencing relationship issues.
