There is parking space within the close in which my consulting room is situated. I provide a secure confidential, relaxed space for individuals and couples in which they can explore their experiences and relationships.
I have experience of working with individuals and couple counselling. I work with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, mild to moderate depression; relationships issues - both personal and within the workplace - which impact on general well being.
I worked within the NHS for many years and have extensive experience of working with individuals living with a life threatening/serious illness; their partners, family members and close associates. This includes working with loss and bereavement, and supporting those who would like support during this process.
