I am a BACP accredited counsellor with over seventeen years experience in private practice, employee assistance programmes, occupational health, mental health charities, GP practice and the Centre for Women’s Health.
From that I have gained considerable experience in a wide range of issues and specifically in working with people
experiencing work related stress.
I have had specific training with Babette Rothschild in somatic trauma (see www.trauma.cc ) and experience in the area of supporting people recovering from a traumatic event.
