I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor and also a Member of the BACP. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples and have experience of working with a wide range of issues and personal, emotional and relationship problems. I am also a qualified and experienced clinical supervisor. I offer a secure and confidential professional relationship through which problems can be identified, confronted and worked through in the privacy of regular, reliable sessions. My work is confidential and respectful of ethnic origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, politics, culture or nationality
My practice is based in Beckenham, Kent on the edge of South East London, within easy reach of Bromley, Croydon and central London. I am a 3 minute walk from New Beckenham rail station and 10 minute walk from Beckenham Junction.
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic/integrative and I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy for individuals or couples. I practice integrative psychotherapy which means that I have trained in several models of therapy. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic and person-centred approaches which allows me to offer the type of therapy or combination of therapies, that is most appropriate for the particular needs of each person. My approach is especially suited to people who want to understand themselves better as well as tackle problematic issues or particular areas of struggle.
