Further information

I work in the Integrative Approach. My style is engaged and warm.I have worked in the Addiction field for many years, and also facilitated Art-Therapy groups for 15 years. I have an interest in meditation and creativity. We will look at the ways past experienced have shaped your current experience and gain coping strategies to deal with current difficulties.
Finding the right therapist for you might involve meeting few therapists, before you can decide with whom you feel rapport. I offer a short phone conversation and an initial consultation so we can decide the way forward. Our work together can be short-term or open ended- as needed.
