About me

“Spread your invisible wings and let me teach you how amazingly high you can fly”

Welcome

I am sure you have arrived on this page as so many people do, looking for help and guidance on this important journey called life. You have arrived at the right place.

The journey we all take is personal to ourselves. However, it surprises people to learn that whilst our journey is individual to us, many of us face similar challenges that require a helping hand or guidance in the form of counselling or coaching. Whether these are the fear of the unknown; the excitement of freedom; the sheer weight of grief; or simply the day to day challenges of stress, anxiety, anger, addiction, fear or self-belief, I am here to help you. I have a proven track record in helping clients achieve harmony and balance in their lives.

And I can help you create the life you love, turn purpose into prosperity, achieve happiness and ultimately to grow your dreams

Through my work as a counselor I have encountered a wide range of clients with an equally wide range of presenting problems. These range from anxiety, compulsive disorders, depression, relationship issues, stress, panic attacks, bereavement, confidence and self worth among-st others. I am very passionate about counselling and have been privileged to share in my client's journeys as they change their lives.
This work is not always easy but the rewards are truly immense.

I offer a confidential and safe environment to explore and make lasting changes.
I also work evenings and weekends, my office is easy to find and offers free parking.

I run stress management courses for local universities and teach conflict management to front line NHS staff.
I am also the author of the inspirational book Fighter Rescuer Healer
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fighter-Rescuer-Healer-Inspiration-ebook/dp/B0077BKOJM

After working as a therapist and coach for the last 13 years and before that 17 years as a fire fighter as well as travelling the United Kingdom and Ireland teaching conflict management.

I have realised that my passion and goal in life is to help people to realise just how powerful and amazing they truly are.

How you feel will depend on your sense of worth. I specialise in helping people to develop a very powerful sense of self worth, which is life changing work.

With a strong sense of self worth, addictions such as, alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, sex all disappear.

Anxiety, stress, depression, anger, jealousy, paranoia, shame, guilt, fear all become controllable.

Life goals can be reset and are suddenly achievable.

MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
