About me
Sometimes in life we may feel lost, struggle with feelings of sadness, depression, worry or anxiety. We may be having difficulty coming to terms with losses in our lives, don't know where to turn in difficult times or just need someone to listen to and understand us.
I am an integrative counsellor using a person centred core model. This enables me to provide the most appropriate support for your individual needs using a range of counselling theories, models and techniques.
I am also a hypnotherapist, and can provide hypnotherapy as a complete treatment, or incorporate hypnotherapy as an additional tool in counselling if appropriate and agreed.
I provide support for adults, children and young people and have a current Enhanced DBS Certificate.

I have experience of working within a GP surgery, providing counselling support to their patients.
I have experience of working in a primary school setting working with the charity Place2Be, providing one to one counselling for children aged 7-11.
