About me
Hello my name is Fi and I am an Integrative Counsellor and this means that I draw on different therapeutic tools and approaches when working with clients.
Finding the right therapist can be a daunting experience and to help with this process I offer clients a 20 minute complimentary telephone consultation so that you can decide if I am the therapist for you.
I am a warm and non-judgemental counsellor and I shall calmly and respectfully walk alongside you on your journey, as you take time to explore your inner most thoughts and feelings and begin to make sense of where you find yourself.
As trust develops through our sessions, clients often share that they feel they can really begin to be themselves, which leads to great openness and honesty and this is where clients reflect on what is working for them and what isn't and they begin to make choices that allow them to move on in their lives.
In addition to supporting clients within my private practice I am also an Anxiety UK approved Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Assessor and an Associate Counsellor for The Priory providing Counselling and Professional Support Sessions.
I would be delighted to walk alongside you on your counselling journey.
