Anne Finlay-Baird MA MBACP (Accred) Psychotherapist/Counsellor/Supervisor

Contacting a counsellor may seem really difficult and talking to a stranger even harder. My office in Colwall, near Malvern is an attractive, confidential and safe environment in which to explore your problems. I am an experienced and well qualified counsellor, and have worked with a wide range of clients and client problems.
You may be feeling anxious or depressed, have relationship issues, have suffered a recent bereavement or work may be causing you distress. You may have identity problems, eating difficulties or just feel unhappy with life and are unsure why...
Putting this into words, finding the phrases to describe how you feel, can help.
My work is from a psychodynamic perspective, and looks at how the past is ever present in everyday life, how patterns from our childhood may be useful to us as children, but may be unnecessary in later years.
I offer 6-10 sessions of brief therapy and longer open-ended work.
I provide supervision to individuals and small groups.
