Choosing a therapist can be bewildering with so many theoretical orientations, professional bodies, and claims to consider. I suggest the best approach is to call me for an informal chat to talk these questions through, but also for you to speak with a few different therapists before deciding who to start with.
I offer EMDR for single event traumatic experiences, and psychodynamic EMDR for complex traumas, attachment difficulties, and for enduring addictions, compulsive behaviours, health anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I explain these on more detail on my website.

£120 per 60 minute session. I also offer space for two clients at £25 per session, but these are occupied at the moment.
