About me

As a fully qualified and Accredited Psychotherapist & UKCP Registered Supervisor & Registered Health Care Professional, my aim is to offer an integrated service for my clients, to enable them to reach their goals & full psychological potential. I work using an integration of the various therapeutic models which I have learned and I integrate these into my work to the benefit of the client.

I work in a relational way; which means that I believe that most difficulties which occur for us during our lives, are a reaction from a relationship between ourselves & the other, who ever or whatever the other might be. I therefore believe that the healing of those issues is most likely to surface through an exploration which happens in a therapeutic relationship which is real, open & honest & is held with compassion & understanding.

My specialism's are trauma, ( both adult & childhood) abuse, work related stress, including bullying; bereavement, health related issues & anxiety & depression. I am experienced in couples counselling, relationship issues, anger management, and I also work with other issues. I also enjoy helping clients in their personal development, such as low self esteem & confidence issues, integrating coaching & therapy. I take referrals from individuals, GP's, EAP's, & various Government bodies. I offer both time limited & longer term therapy. I also offer variations in frequency of sessions, once the therapeutic relationship is established.

I have 10 years experience working in Occupational Health, enabling client's to return to work after long periods of sick leave, often due to work related stress or personal events.

I work with individuals, couples, groups and organisations in a variety of settings. My private practice is in Bromley with clients having direct access to my consulting room & free parking. I also go out to organisations.
