Caroline Le Sueur MBACP, PG Diploma, BA Hons, Diploma ( Counselling).
I am an experienced psychotherapist providing psychotherapy and counselling to individuals and couples dealing with a full range of emotional, relational and psychological problems. I work both long and short term with individuals.
As someone who is thinking about psychotherapy you will probably have tried many ways to sort out your problems. I believe that working together in a supportive relationship can help you address the root causes of your distress. Often we get caught in unproductive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving yet find it difficult to break these patterns on our own. Sometimes it is difficult to even know what it is that is making us feel bad. Therapy that provides support and challenge can make real and lasting changes to the way you feel about yourself and provide more helpful ways of living your life.
I have found psychotherapy to be effective in helping with a wide variety of issues and mental health problems for example: stress, depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, low self esteem, bereavement, jealousy, relationship issues, post natal depression, redundancy, anger management, illness, assertiveness and feeling low.
My practise room is in central West Bridgford. Full details are available on my website www.carolinelesueur-counselling.co.uk.
What to do next
You can contact me initially by telephone or email. We would then arrange to meet for an assessment session.
At an assessment session we would begin to explore what is troubling you and what you hope to achieve from therapy. We would discuss the type and length of therapy that would best suit you. This session will also give you the opportunity to find out if you want to make an agreement to work with me and for me to assess whether I am able to help you achieve your aims. We would then make an agreement as to when we would meet.
