Miriam Nadler (MBACP accred.)
Hello and welcome to my profile.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a UKRCP registered independent counsellor.
I maintain that the quality of the relationship between therapist and client has the potential to be the most healing element in the therapeutic process. I believe that self-awareness is the first step to improvement and I work towards facilitating the most conducive environment for its development - including strict confidentiality and provision of a safe and secure setting.
You may be considering counselling / psychotherapy because you are going through difficult times, are feeling low or want to find a way out of a 'stuck' situation. Counselling / Psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery, which will increase your self-awareness and facilitate positive, lasting changes to your life.
I work with adult individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. In my practice I mainly deal with issues such as low self-esteem/-confidence, depression, anxiety and stress, bereavement and relationship problems.
Sessions are available in person, on the telephone or via Skype. I welcome any questions, so please feel free to contact me for more information.
