Jayne Innes MBACP (Snr. Accred)
At times life can feel difficult managing relationships, family, work, finances and the challenges that these can bring. Coming and talking this through with a counsellor can help you gain understanding and perspective and find a way forward that works for you. I can support you to work through your issues, to gain clarity into your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, as well as delicately unravel and explore your specific concerns. I work in a flexible and responsive way according to your needs.
I have over 18 years’ experience as a counsellor, having worked for CAMHS, Relate, EAP’s and in the voluntary sector. I work with young people (14-18), individuals and couples, both short and longer term. I can offer flexible times, daytime and evening. I am based close to Moulton, with easy access and parking. I offer reduced rates to trainee counsellors.
I have had specific training in CBT and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma and PTSD. I have lots of experience working with anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, stress and have particular interest in disability/loss, financial issues, trauma and working affirmatively with gender and sexual relational diversities.
In the initial consultation I offer a quiet, safe and confidential place where you can tell me something about yourself and you can get an idea of how I work.
My practice is fully wheelchair accessible and is located next to the A43 at Moulton.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions
