About me

Welcome to my information area. As an experienced Person Centred Counsellor I am aware that seeking counselling support in itself can be quite traumatic and I genuinely do my best to put you at ease by talking you through the process and answering your queries as they arise so that I can be as open and clear from the start as I am throughout.

Person Centred counselling is the core of all my counselling and I do include aspects of additional models when appropriate and mutually agreed, acknowledging that we are all unique with equally unique experiences and individuality. I offer warm acceptance of this in a safe environment so that we can begin building a respectful relationship where issues can be explored in growing comfort and ease together.

I offer counselling to Adults - Elderly & Young, and Children & Teenagers. I am experienced working within agencies and private practice with issues covering; bereavement, grief and loss - also including animal, equine and pet, anger, depression, low self esteem and confidence, relationships, abuse, stress, and family dynamics, for example.

I provide individual and group supervision.

I offer reduced rates for counselling diploma students.
