About me

I'm a Chartered Psychologist and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) specialist with over 20 years experience. An accredited member of the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP), I help my clients resolve all types of emotional and behavioural problems.

CBT is a highly effective and economic therapy. As a result of extensive world-wide research into the effectiveness of leading therapies, it's now recommended ahead of all other therapies by independant accreditation bodies such as the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and by GPs. I supplement CBT with Acceptance-Action Therapy (AAT), solution-focused, client-centred and psychodynamic therapies, hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) where needed.

I treat adults, children (over 6), the elderly, couples and families. I'm available throughout the working week and can offer evenings and weekends if needed. I'm also a qualified and experienced personal and executive coach and development trainer and can combine therapy and coaching where needed. I offer guaranteed weight-loss and smoking cessations (see below).

I believe everyone can resolve any issues they may have and lead a happy and fulfilling life. My aim is to ensure all my clients achieve this potential.
