Jan Goodman, BA Hons Integrative-Relational Counselling, MBACP
I am an experienced Counsellor with a private practice on the Addlestone and Weybridge borders and have worked extensively with clients who have suffered abuse, anxiety, problems in relationships, depression and many other issues.
I offer a confidential space for you to explore openly your concerns or difficulties because coping with difficult feelings and emotions can sometimes becomes too hard to do alone and difficult to share with the people in our lives.
Integrative Counselling means I draw on a range of theoretical approaches that enables me to work with you as a unique individual, a humanistic approach that includes Person Centred, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Existential and Cognitive Behavioural therapies.
I have considerable experience working for a charity counselling adults of all age groups and genders also a local authority, working with young people and also in my private practice.
