I am a qualified counsellor using Person Centred Counselling along with elements of REBT and CBT depending on the clients needs. I am also a qualified counselling supervisor.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and all my work follows their code of ethics and confidentiality. I offer counselling in a safe environment for you to explore and express your issues, concerns and fears, past or present.
I work from home as clients appreciate the privacy this offers. Alternatively, I will consider home visits. Please contact me if you would prefer this option.
I practice in the late afternoon / early evenings and also during the weekend. However, I am flexible and will accommodate to suit your needs.

Diploma in Theory & Practice of Counselling

Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision

Initial session : £25.
All sessions thereafter: £35 per session.
Home Visits : Subject to agreement.
Student counsellors: £25 per session.
OAP's and income support fees can be discussed.
During the initial session we can disscuss how we will work together and what it is that you want from the sessions. I will explain the different approaches that we could consider and whether we can use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or the Person-Centred Approach. The decision will be yours.
I am also fluent in Welsh.
