About me
I am a Chartered Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. I founded Hampshire and Surrey Psychology, a practice of experienced and qualified psychologists. Many of us have additional post-qualification specialisms so, if I am not an expert in your particular difficulty, then we will almost certainly have someone who is! We have appointments available in Petersfield, Hindhead (near Guildford and Haslemere) Alton, Southampton and Bognor Regis.
Chartered Clinical and Counselling Psychologists are specialists in treating a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties in accordance with the guidelines recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). Following inital assessment, we are able to advise the most appropriate type of therapy for you. We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness based therapy, CAT, Schema therapy and Counselling.
