About me

Would you like to bring some insight, healing and change into your life? I provide a non-judgmental, supportive and confidential space in which you can explore and gain greater insight into any problems and difficulties you may be struggling with.

The  style of therapy I offer is relational and one that delivers warmth, real interest with compassion, and sufficient challenge to stimulate your mind. I use an Integrative approach, incorporating elements of CBT, Coaching, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Existential philosophies to tailor a sensitive and creative therapeutic approach for each individual.

I endeavour to work creatively and collaboratively with you to resolve emotional conflicts, insecurities and repetitive patterns, and will support you to work towards growth, healing and meeting your personal objectives.
