Suzanne D'offay De Rieux MBACP Counsellor/Psychotherapist/Coach
Hi, I'm Suzanne. When things get tough do you fight, flight or freeze? I can help. With the rise of boredom, stress and anxiety, I have made my services affordable & easily accessible with a FREE consultation call, so you can get the support you need.
Do you have a problem that feels like it will never go away?
Is this problem dominating your life so much that it feels like you are the problem?
Are you making the problem yourself?
Once you believe that a problem is permanent, its easy to fall into helplessness! You could be suffering because you have spread the problem in every area of your life, and it's easy to feel trapped when the problem is internalised.
I specialise in non-violent communication & human needs and can help! Often we feel that it's outside events, people or circumstances that is responsible for our wellbeing. This is a mistake. I can help you make sense of your inner & outer world,& why you feel the way you do, help you access your own resources & together find resolutions that align with you.
We can begin the journey to explore and understand your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, behaviours and the meaning you give to them, because its where all the wisdom for your life is, so you can gain greater understanding and uncover choices and options available to you that perhaps you couldn't see before, that can help you shift your focus and find new meaning.
I would love to help you get clear and feel better, so I invite you to a Safe and Non-judgemental space, once a week or fortnightly that encourages open and honest communication so you can have a real opportunity to speak your truth, feel truly heard and understood, and get to the bottom of what is keeping you stuck and off balance, so you can get crystal clear on where you are, what you want, and how to create it through personal responsibility!
I can be your counsellor, but you must choose yourself, and take the first step!
I look forward to connecting with you.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
