About me
Welcome. I am a psychodynamic counsellor offering a professional and confidential counselling service for individuals of all ages, short term or open ended.
I have years of experience in working with adults, children and teenagers. I aim to establish a good working relationship with my client and together we look at what you are hoping that counselling can do for you.
The pace of life today brings many stresses and strains. Anxiety, sadness and depression are conditions that may affect anyone at some time in their lives. Your problems with relationships and family issues are listened to, talked through, helped and relieved through counselling.
I can also provide play therapy for children
My consulting rooms are in the town centre,in a quiet road in peaceful surroundings, easily accessible by public transport, only two minutes away from the High Street. There is parking space.
What is Counselling?
It is a particular relationship not available through friends and family. You have the time and space to talk freely and openly in complete confidence. I am here to listen to you, not to judge.
How Counselling can help
Through talking through your problems and concerns, and being listened to,you begin to develop a greater understanding of yourself and your needs and develop confidence in your relationships with others.
Please email, text or telephone me and I will respond.
