About me
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” – Maya Angelou
Each of us holds a story — complex, painful, beautiful — and healing begins when we find the courage to speak it and be truly heard. I am here to listen deeply, help you make sense of your experience, and support you in shaping a life that thrives beyond adversity.
I bring over 18 years of professional experience in mental health, underpinned by a rich and integrative blend of therapeutic approaches. I am trained in Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis, and have extensive experience in working somatically, drawing on Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing and Ruella Frank’s Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy. More recently, I’ve added Life Coaching and nervous system regulation skills to my practice — allowing me to support clients in a holistic and tailored way.
My approach is relational, respectful, and collaborative. I offer a confidential space where you can explore what no longer serves you — whether it’s chronic anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or a general sense of feeling stuck. Together, we can work to uncover and understand the patterns that hold you back, and open up new ways of being, relating, and living.
Counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching with me are grounded in:
- Deep, attuned listening
- Embodied awareness and nervous system regulation
- Practical support for meaningful life changes
- A commitment to your autonomy, dignity, and personal power
Whether you’re navigating loss, change, trauma, or just longing for something more, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe therapy is not just about healing wounds, but also about unlocking vitality, purpose, and authentic connection.
Professional. Confidential. Respectful.
Supporting you to reclaim your sense of self, reconnect with your inner resources, and create a life of meaning, resilience, and joy.
I am a member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). My professional training has been extensive over the past 18 years. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the uniqueness and dignity of each person that I work with. It is my view that in seeking therapy people are making an important and courageous step towards taking control of their well-being.
