Ophelia Woods (MNCS Accred)
Hello, I'm Ophelia, a counsellor and psychotherapist who has been working in the field for many years, and I thoroughly enjoy my work.
I am enthusiastic about meeting new people and empowering change within them, and I feel passionate about the improvements people are able to make in order to 'be better'.
I will also be offering you the option of bringing therapy to you - meaning I can travel to bring the service to you. I understand that sometimes people feel nervous about counselling and do not often make it to their appointments out of fear. Therefore, I will help you by eliminating that worry by coming to you.
Please email me with a query - leave your number and I will call you back.
