Conor McKenna & Clare Hill
Both Clare and Conor are now available to work in West Linton as well as Edinburgh. Our training is in Process Oriented counselling and Psychology. It is a holistic approach that helps to reconnect to the inherent wisdom underlying our problems. Relationship to the wisdom of your deeper nature has a profound and beneficial effect on the most difficult and hopeless situations and conditions.
Clare's work focuses on the general field of counselling. Among the areas of focus are couples counselling, relationship issues, anger management, symptoms, bereavement, psychosexual therapy, eating disorder, bullying, phobias, low self-esteem, work related issues, addictions, anxiety, sexual abuse, physical abuse, alcohol dependence, depression, stress, trauma, and much more.
Conor's focus is on being at peace within ourselves and the discovery of our true nature. Do you have experiences at times of deep quietness within, a sense of spacious emptiness, calmness or thought-free awareness that feels joyous? If so then consider that you are on a journey of awakening from within. This is a calling from your deepest nature to the reality of being. Abiding in this essence brings love, joy and freedom from all suffering.
We work with individuals and couples in our practices in Edinburgh and in West Linton in the Scottish Borders. We work both face to face as well as through skype. We have had many years of experience as supervisors and guiding counsellors and therapists in training. We regularly work on the phone and on skype with clients throughout the world.
We offer one initial free half hour session so that you can 'taste' the process of counselling without commitment.
