I am a registered member of the BACP offering confidential empathetic counselling from my practices in Purley High Street, Surrey and also in the centre of Ramsgate, Kent.
My Counselling approach is Person Centred, humanistic and psychodynamic - I work with individuals and couples.
I have been a counsellor since 1995. I trained initially as a bereavement counsellor and went on to train as a relationship counsellor. I worked with Relate for 8 years.
In recent years I have worked for a grief and trauma charity supporting children, teenagers and adults through this very difficult time in their lives.

I have worked within a number of counselling services in London supporting adults and children.
I am a sessional co-ordinator with a Parental Charity facilitating Parenting Groups and supporting parents through individual support sessions.
I have completed my Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (2012)

£40 per session for individual counselling and £45 for couple counselling. A session lasts 50 minutes in accordance with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
