About me

I believe and experience that suffering leads to change; that there is deep wisdom, meaning and creativity in the sacred process of human development rather than some pathology or something wrong with us. At the moment you might be:

·  feeling lost, alone, low, struggling to speak/be heard/seen, grieving

·  feeling as if your life is unravelling unable to get a handle on your emotions and understandings perhaps at work, in relationships, life situations.

·  wondering what your purpose is or where it has gone

·  wanting to know what your purpose is, to get a handle in your life and to feel more connected, more vital in yourself and relationships?

In our time together, you will discover hidden threads that can strengthen your nature-given resources towards Self-healing and Wholing, re-membering your gifts and abilities. You will discover that you can learn to get a handle on your emotions and understandings, that your voice really does matter and that you can step into the greatest creative purpose and conversation that only you can live in this one wild and precious life. Together we will explore through talking, and, where appropriate and invitation: deep imagery, dream, art, shadow, poetry, walking. I am also a wilderness/medicine guide; we can also make time and practices on the land as taught by Bill Plotkin in ‘Soulcraft’, 'Wild Mind' and 'Nature and the Human Soul' at the Animas Valley Institute n Colorado.

I am a Soulcentric therapist, supervisor, trainer and nature-based guide specialising in depth experiences with 21 years of training and expertise in an International context. I have guided people in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and canyons and deserts of SouthWest America. I work with individuals and groups bringing awareness and practices of working with Soul. I also offer mentorships in person and via Skype/Zoom, short programmes and 5 day programmes, and Council Ceremonies such as Grief Altar Council. You are welcome to contact me and find out more.
