About me

What do l offer that is distinct so that you will know whether l am someone you can approach at a time when you are seeking a particular kind of support. With over 21 years of experience providing teaching, training and therapeutic practice within charitable organisations, higher education, as well as working privately with individuals, groups and organisations, l have gathered a basket of tools and invitations to work with people on a wide variety of issues and life challenges. One of the distinct ways l work, from a 5 year professional training in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and a 5 year apprenticeship with Animas Valley Institute in Colorado is using a soulful, Earth-based model of human development. This way of working considers that we are each part of a bigger life in terms of our ancestry, current human relationships and the ecological world/planet, we live in. It is sometimes referred to as eco-psychology. Many of the experiences/issues today are part of these challenging fragmented times.

Our work together

In our work together you are likely to be invited to:

·       tell me your story. I am genuinely interested and deeply trusting that your story has meaning and is leading you through to the next chapter in your ‘one wild and precious life (Mary Oliver)

·       increase the current ‘bandwith’ of your emotional life so you have more choices/direction in your daily life.

·       (re)discover hidden natural inner resources which can be cultivated with practices you can learn, to make an enormous difference in your day-to-day world.

·       (re)member your authentic place in the larger thread and patterns of life.

·       give time to your dreams, imagination, creativity, inner community and Earth community as part of a nature-based model of human development.

We can work face to face, via skype, or telephone; short term or long term

You are warmly welcome to contact me via email to enquire/begin...
