I am an experienced Counsellor and my private practice is based in South East London.
I am a BACP Accredited, Person-Centred / Integrative Counsellor, which means I incorporate different models of therapy into my practice. I have a Higher Professional Counselling diploma from a BACP accredited course.
I have a firm belief in the individual and believe that with the right therapeutic relationship a person can make life changing choices. I will acknowledge you as a unique individual and your personal experiences.
Over many years of practice I have gained rich personal and professional insight into relationships and relating to others.
I offer relationship counselling and hold a Person Centred certificate for couples counselling.
Our relationships are a major part of our lives. When our relationships fail to thrive, then as individuals, we struggle. Just as every individual is unique, so is every relationship.
I offer a private and confidential service, I am a Accredited Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I adhere to its code of ethics and practice.
Together we will build and work through your concerns in a fluid, empathic, non-judgmental, trusting and honest relationship.
I offer face-to-face counselling for adults, couples and young people from age 13 (with parental consent). My practice is based in, South East London, SE26 and serves surrounding areas such as Forest Hill, Dulwich, Croydon, Penge, Bromley, and Beckenham.
I offer short-term and long-term counselling.
I offer daytime, evenings and weekends.
9.00am to 9.00pm Monday - Friday
9.30am to 1.00pm Saturday

I have a Higher Professional Diploma in Counselling - Person Centred/Integrative (BACP Accredited Course) - 2008
Certificate in Person Centred Couples Counselling - 2009
I regularly engage in a variety CPD topics, I am a Registered Accredited Member of the BACP and abide by its code of ethics.
I have extensive experience of working with young people, adults and couples in a range of settings.
I am an Affiliate Counsellor for Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).
