Hi I understand that sometimes it takes great courage to get in touch with a counsellor – so be proud of yourself for getting this far.
Allow me to set your mind at rest. . . my only role is to help you. To guide you through whatever storm you are weathering right now and see you through to the other side. You don’t need to spend time feeling sad, disoriented or isolated – I can help.
Get in touch with confidence. I am a registered integrative (UKCP registered) psychotherapist and Supervisor as well as a (MBACP) (UKRCP) Accredited counsellor with many years of experience in this field. I am also an experienced Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR) and Wild Therapy Practitioner.
I also have 20 years of experience in the corporate world so I have seen things from both sides of the fence.
Alongside my professional qualifications and corporate experience I have travelled extensively and I have a multi - cultural background myself. This gives me a very broad base from which to support you.
I have also been meditating for over 30 years and am happy to talk about how meditation can benefit you when we meet.
What would you like to talk about? I have helped people with a very wide range of concerns including:-
- Trauma including Post Traumatic.
- Low self esteem
- Life transitions such as mid-life, redundancy, career changes and retirement etc.
- Loss of direction and meaning in life
- Adults who were adopted
- Adults who were children of Parents in the Forces or Diplomatic Services
- Adults who have experienced Public or the Boarding School System
I work with both men and women of all ages, from teenagers through to midlife and the elderly.
Take time out to get to know yourself again, to come to terms with the challenges you are facing and start to put your mind at ease.
