Sara Cooper UKCP Reg.
I am fully qualified and have many years of experience. I offer both time limited and open ended therapy and I work with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and other personal issues. I also supervise and train counsellors and psychotherapists.
I am aware that sometimes we can feel overwhelmed by life events or dealing with difficult issues, or by negative thoughts and behaviours which undermine us. Psychotherapy and counselling are unique processes which can help people develop the tools to deal with these situations and to explore oneself, enabling people to make changes in life.
I offer an opportunity to talk about issues that affect people’s lives at their own pace and in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.
