About me

My name is Bal and I specialise in helping people with anxiety, generalised anxiety or worry, depression, anger, stress, panic, low self confidence, and many other problems.

I offer therapy/counselling, including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Mindfulness, Mindful Self Compassion and Compassion Focused Therapy. Therapy is always tailored to meet individual problems to ensure it is as helpful and as possible.

I have over 20 years of experience, working in the NHS before concentrating on my independent practice. I am a BABCP accredited therapist.

I work as a trainer, therapist, coach, and supervisor and I work with individuals, teams and organisations.

Thank you for your interest and I look forward to hearing from you.
